The dialogue includes some curse words such as "bastard" and "hell." The game is free, but there is an in-game store where players can spend real money on in-game currency that's used to buy crafting materials, cosmetic enhancements, and other items. Some creatures are also grotesque in appearance. Using a variety of weapons (axes, swords, arrows) and magic, players have to kill numerous monsters, zombies, and human enemies, resulting in large amounts of bloodshed. It's the latest chapter in the long-running Diablo franchise, which has released games on consoles and PCs.
